White blood cells and macrophages hunt invaders. Tissue walls and mucus slow the spread. Fever blasts, acid glands, and antibody cannons handle the rest.
Every run makes you stronger
Spend Bio Points on over 150 upgrade nodes, then tune your build with 75 health factors. Start with hundreds of enemies in a capillary and work up to over a hundred thousand.
